While it’s brand new to our line up of sauces it’s definitely an old family favorite. This quick and easy recipe is one of our favorite ways to enjoy it.
Chicken with Marsala Mushroom Sauce
- 1 jar of Gargano & Co’s Marsala Mushroom Sauce
- 4 Chicken Breasts (6 oz each)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
- Orange slices for Garnish
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and coat very lightly with flour.
Put one tablespoon of olive oil in a sauté pan and set on medium flame. As the
oil begins to lightly bubble add the chicken breasts to the pan, sprinkle one side lightly with
salt and pepper, cook for four minutes or until lightly golden. Flip to the other side
and again, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper cook for 3 minutes. Add the jar of Marsala mushroom sauce and bring to a gentle simmer, lower the flame and cover to simmer for few minutes. Plate and garnish with orange slices.
