Slow Cooker Italian Beef Sandwiches

Slow Cooker Italian BeefWe’re big fans of old school Italian Beef sandwiches in our family. Especially when the Italian beef is slow-cooked and melt-in-your-mouth good. In fact, we are on a family quest to check out all of Chicago’s best Italian Beef stands!

This recipe is our easy weeknight version—and adds sweet peppers and tangy banana peppers to make it extra special. It’s also great to serve for a game day celebration or a casual family get together. Leave it warming in the slow cooker with a basket of fresh hoagie rolls by the side and let guests serve themselves. Enjoy!
